Seventy-years later and we are still fighting the same fights.  I salute those protesters who are out on the streets fighting for what is right.  I salute those police who are taking a knee and adding their voices to those of the unheard. I salute the people fighting for what is right and good about America and its beautiful people -- all of them.  In these perilous times, may your courage shine and may you always do the right thing.  Be kind. The series totals 1400 pages and took two-years to write, sidelining me from other novels. The past and the future

Most of you know me as a writer of historic fiction. In 2018, I will truly look to the future. The Cerenovo Series, currently under final revision, is set in the broken remains of Seattle, Washington. The series follows a brilliant but aloof young software engineer named Ridley Pierce. The first volume begins as two viruses sweep the world -- one biological and one digital.  Ridley manages to survive the "Great Collapse" through a combination of sheer willpower and technological prowess. In volume two, Ridley's growing fortune and technological innovation inadvertently set up  the first war between the living and the dead. The trilogy concludes with a journey into the deepest recesses of the universe.
